1Corin 12:4-5
"Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord." (1 Corin 12:4-5)
Unless we cling to the Giver of the gifts through the Holy Spirit, we may not be able to do much, except use other means which is not godly, and which will always have evil consequences. God endows His children in two major ways with His gifts. He gives to you when you ask for it or when you do not ask for it. Moses was chosen by Him to deliver His children in the land of Egypt and He endowed him with the authority of His Spirit to deal with the Egyptians. God likewise endowed Elijah with His Spirit to call fire to consume the fifties [PA2] and their captains, even destruction of the altar of Baal.
As true Children of God, we need to operate with Spiritual gifts to be able to prove that we are connected to the source of godly gifts in the Lord. To be Spirit-filled we need to operate in the fruits of the Spirit, which includes love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance and so on. We equally need to recognize and accept the giver of Spiritual gifts as our personal Lord and Saviour.

I receive fresh fire, auction, authority and anointing from the throne of grace in the name of Jesus.
